And right now, peculiarly,  when we are all just trying to make sense of new Back to School schedules and routines, the last thing you lot desire to hear is that "dinner is gross". Don't worry- I've got you!

Picky Kid Favorites Meal Plan

Monday: 21 Twenty-four hour period Ready Make Ahead Meatballs (Gluten-free) and 21 Solar day Fix Homemade Tomato Sauce

Meatballs – 21 Mean solar day Gear up: 1 Crimson, trace YELLOW  and Blueish (per serving) | WW Freestyle: (9 points per serving)

Sauce- 21 Day Fix:ane GREEN, i tsp (per serving) | WW Freestyle: <1 betoken (per serving)

Tip- Serve over zoodles for yous, and noodles for the kids!

Groceries:

Meatballs

  • gluten complimentary (or other whole grain) staff of life crumbs
  • ground chicken or turkey
  • chicken or turkey sausage (I used Spicy Italian)
  • fresh garlic
  • fresh basil
  • fresh parsley
  • Parmesan/Romano cheese blend
  • chicken goop
  • egg

Tomato Sauce

  • olive oil
  • onion
  • fresh garlic
  • crushed tomatoes
  • lycopersicon esculentum purée
  • fresh basil leaves

Tuesday:21 Twenty-four hours Fix Instant Pot Maple BBQ Chicken (Ho-hum Cooker Choice) and Instant Pot Mac and Cheese {Gluten-free}

Chicken- 21 Twenty-four hours Set up: 1 Red, 1 tsp (per serving) | WW Freestyle: 8 points (per serving)

Mac and Cheese- 21 Day Fix: i 1/3 YELLOW, 1/3 Light-green, 1 BLUE, 1/ii tsp (per serving) | WW Freestyle: vi points (per serving)

Groceries:

Chicken

  • boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • tomato paste
  •  kokosnoot aminos (or sub low sodium soy sauce if non gluten-free)
  • pure maple syrup (or sub dear)
  • apple tree cider vinegar
  • garlic pulverisation
  • onion powder
  • sea or Himalayan salt and black pepper
  • optional – thickener of your choice (arrowroot, tapioca, cornstarch, etc)

Mac and Cheese

  • caput of cauliflower
  • chicken broth (can sub water)
  • elbow pasta (I used gluten free Barilla)
  • vegan butter or ghee (tin sub regular butter)
  • shredded cheddar cheese w/ Pecorino romano added
  • garlic pulverization
  • dry mustard
  • Himalayan table salt

Wed:Momma's Meatloaf or 21 Day Fix Instant Pot Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes

Instant Pot version- 21 Twenty-four hours Fix: 1 Red, one Xanthous, 1 Green, one/iv Blue, 2 tsp (per serving) | WW Freestyle: 11 points (per serving)

Groceries:

  • lean, grass fed basis beef
  • seasoned breadcrumbs (we use gluten gratuitous)
  • onion
  • fresh garlic
  • egg
  • shredded pecorino romano (Locatelli brand is the all-time)
  • dry or fresh parsley
  • lycopersicon esculentum sauce
  • golden potatoes
  • baby carrots
  • vegan butter or ghee
  • chicken broth or stock
  • salt, pepper

Thursday:Asian Fashion Crock Pot Craven or 21 Day Fix Instant Pot Asian Chicken
